Diplomas are picked up by the graduates in Enrollment Services, located on the Edison campus in West Hall.
Diplomas for May 2023 Graduates will be available beginning Monday, July 17. Special Accommodations: Graduates/guests requiring special accommodations should contact Janet Moscaritolo, Pick Up Your Diploma. Do not stop to wave, wait for others, or take selfies as it slows the line and will disrupt the photographer who is trying to get photos of you and the person behind you. 
It is important to keep moving while on stage.
Island photography will email you proofs of the photos.

Pictures: Your photograph will be taken by professional photographers as you cross the stage and again as you exit the stage. Arena Protocols: A number of items are not allowed in the venue, including umbrellas, selfie sticks, balloons, and containers of liquid.
